Consumers crave food experiences that pair drinks with food. The charcuterie board experience provides variety, shareability and an elevated experience perfect for social occasions. We created a Baileys chocolate affair recipe to be served on a branded charcuterie board that would be served at neighbourhood bars and casual dining restaurant. This tapped into existing notion of indulgence that could easily be created at home.
To further promote the limited time menu, we created a bar-ready display packaging that would be seen at the front of the bar with a tent card and pairing guide for bartenders to create the perfect experience every time.
